User agreement
Version of 26 October 2026
Read this document before you create an account or use Cases.VIP. Creating an account, signing in, and continuing to use the site means you accept these terms.
If you do not accept them, do not register and do not use the site.
1. Parties and main words
Site Owner means the person who operates Cases.VIP.
User means a natural person with full legal capacity who creates an account or signs in.
Site means the Cases.VIP pages, software, and services, including the catalog, cases, balance, inventory, and support.
Account means the personal area available after registration or sign-in, including sign-in through Steam.
Item means a digital game object shown on the site, such as a skin or other inventory object for Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, Rust, or another listed game. Those objects belong to their rights holders. The Site Owner does not assign those rights. Use inside a game follows Steam and the publisher’s rules.
Balance means the account’s internal amount in US dollars. It is a store credit for payments on the site, not a deposit, e-money, or cash. It cannot be gifted, sold, or transferred. A cash return of balance is possible only if the Site Owner separately agrees to return an unused top-up.
Case means a paid action after which the site selects one item using the odds published on that case’s page.
Parties means the Site Owner and the User. Headings only help you read the text. Words that are not defined here have their ordinary online meaning, read together with the law that applies to the Site Owner.
2. Offer and acceptance
This text, kept available on the agreement page, states the contract terms and is addressed to any person with full legal capacity who wants to use the site.
The contract is formed when a person creates an account, signs in, including through Steam, or keeps using the site after a new version is published.
3. What the site allows
For as long as the site is available to the user, the Site Owner grants a simple right to use it for its ordinary functions: browsing the catalog and cases, adding balance, placing orders, and contacting support.
Opening a case and buying a catalog item are separate paid actions. The USD price is shown before confirmation. The right to a particular opening lasts from payment until the item is selected and recorded in the account inventory.
The user does not copy the site’s design or software, does not interfere with how they work, does not share account access, does not create extra accounts or bots, and does not use faults or price gaps to gain an advantage outside the ordinary flow.
4. Purchases, cases, and inventory
On the site a user can review an item and its price, pay for a purchase or an opening with balance or another method shown, and receive the item in the account inventory.
A case drop can be sold back to balance for the amount the site shows for that action, or a Steam delivery can be requested. Delivery needs a saved, usable trade URL and compliance with Steam’s requirements.
A catalog purchase can be returned to balance before it is sent to Steam when the site offers that option for the item. After a successful delivery, the item is handled under Steam’s rules.
Promotional credit, including a welcome bonus, can be spent only on the conditions stated on the site. Until a top-up, that bonus may be unavailable for payment.
Prices on the site and on the Steam market can differ. The Site Owner does not have to pay the difference. A support request is reviewed once on the merits. The same refusal is not opened for a second dispute.
If an item’s cost jumps because of speculation on the Steam market or because of a game update, the Site Owner may decline delivery and offer a sale to balance or a replacement item of a similar site price. Using that price gap on purpose is a breach of section 3.
5. Balance and payments
A top-up credits balance. That service is complete when the credit appears. The user pays any bank fees, payment-service fees, and taxes that arise on the user’s side.
An unused top-up remainder can be requested back through support. If a return is approved, payment-service fees may be deducted. Amounts already spent on purchases and openings are not returned as money.
Balance cannot be exchanged with third parties and cannot be used outside the site.
6. Data
The user allows processing of the details needed for the account, payment, item delivery, and support replies. Those details usually include a name, email address, Steam identifier, trade URL, and transaction history.
The details may be stored, updated, and shared with payment and game services to the extent an order cannot be completed without them. Any separate processing notice published on the site applies together with this section. If they conflict, the separate notice prevails.
Consent to processing can be withdrawn by a support message. The contract then ends. The Site Owner may keep data that the law still requires to be stored.
Service messages are sent to the account email. Marketing mail can be refused through support or by the method stated in the message itself.
7. Responsibility
The site is provided as is. The Site Owner does not promise that it will always be available, fast, and free of errors, and is not responsible for Steam or the games.
The user keeps the password and trade URL private. Losses from third-party access that is not the Site Owner’s fault are not compensated.
Software and network failures that make the site temporarily unavailable release the Site Owner from responsibility for that delay.
If compensation is nevertheless accepted, it does not exceed the user’s first successful top-up.
Access to an account may be closed if these terms are broken. Harm caused to third parties in that situation is the user’s to cover.
8. Messages and disputes
A complaint is first sent through account support. The parties try to settle it. If there is no reply or no agreement within 30 business days, the dispute goes to a competent court.
Messages sent from the account and from the email saved on the account count as the user’s until the user reports that access was lost. The user protects those details and does not give them to other people.
The Site Owner may transfer rights and duties under the contract to another person and will say so on the site.
9. A new version
The terms can be changed by publishing a new version on this page. It applies from the moment of publication. Continuing to use the site accepts the new version. A user who does not accept it stops using the site.
Anything not decided here follows the Site Owner’s law, without conflict-of-law rules that would point to another country’s law.
